"I do not usually write reviews but I will say this about your customer service. I spoke with someone whose attitude was very rude and disrespectful from the start of our conversation. They did nothing but make me feel like they were aggravated to be on the phone. They were completely unprofessional, spoke to me very disrespectfully, and were WAY too aggressive. Not only that but they hung up on me WHILE I WAS SPEAKING!!! Everyone has bad days but this is no way to talk to your customers. Run your business with professionalism and common courtesy when addressing humans. Never hire this agent."
